Ben Mizrahi, Vivian Silver, Judih Weinstein Haggai, Adi Vital-Kaploun, Alexandre Look, Neta Epstein, Shir Georgy and Tiferet Lapidot all lost their lives on that fateful day.
To honour the lives and legacies of members of the Canadian and Israeli communities we know and love, we at Jewish Federations of Canada-UIA have initiated a video series entitled Israel Stories: The Fallen Canadians of October 7th.
We sent journalist Leah Morali to meet with family members to tell the personal story, share the memories, and to ensure the messages of hope, sacrifice, peace and courage live on within the Canadian communities with whom they were so connected.
