Lisa Kronenberg MSW, RSW

Lisa Kronenberg is the Coordinator of the Jewish Hospice Program at Jewish Family & Child. Lisa has practised in end of life care for over thirteen years and has experience in both clinical service and program delivery. She represents the Jewish Hospice Program at healthcare and palliative leadership committees and provides education and consultation to interdisciplinary teams.

Under her leadership, the Jewish Hospice Program has won the Bhayana award for excellence in interagency collaboration and was cited in the House of Commons for its unique model of service delivery. Lisa holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto and has served as a practicum instructor for both University of Toronto and Wurzweiller School of Social Work.
